What’s included in weekly service?
We test and balance water chemistry, skim, brush, empty baskets, and check the equipment and pool cleaner. Chlorine tablets and acid are included in the starting rate. Other chemicals, filter cleanings, and repairs are separate.
Why is weekly service a starting price?
Pool size, landscaping, debris load, and the condition of your water and equipment affect the work required. We assess your pool before confirming a monthly rate.
Can I request a repair without weekly service?
Yes. You can request a diagnostic visit, repair, or equipment installation without being a weekly service customer.
Do you offer free estimates?
Assessments for potential weekly service are free. Repair troubleshooting is a paid diagnostic visit, with the service call credited toward the approved repair from that diagnosis.
How often should my cartridge filter be cleaned?
About every six months is a good starting point. Heavy debris and changes in filter pressure may mean it needs cleaning sooner. Replacement elements are priced separately.
